Acompanhar e analisar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs), como metas de vendas, ticket médio e taxa de conversão. Garantir a excelência no atendimento ao cliente, incentivando a equipe a oferecer um serviço personalizado. Assegurar que o visual merchandising das lojas esteja alinhado com as diretrizes da marca, mantendo a organização e a apresentação dos produtos. Participar da gestão de estoque, apoiando nos processos de recebimento, reposição e inventário. Garantir a implementação das políticas e procedimentos da empresa em todas as lojas da região. Resolver questões operacionais e atuar como um elo de comunicação entre a equipe de vendas e a gestão superior. Atuar no desenvolvimento e treinamento dos colaboradores.
