This role offers a unique opportunity to build a new function from the ground up, driving innovation and scalability to support Essential Home’s business strategy.**Your responsibilities**:- Plan, manage, and execute agreed regional & country projects across LATAM.- Identify, evaluate, prioritize, and deliver agreed value-added initiatives across LATAM.- Develop and deliver training and continuous improvement programs to ensure system adoption, process compliance, and optimum use of solutions.- Provide key insights from financial & commercial data to drive business change initiatives.- Provide direction to developers and project teams.- Offer vital input into the assessment, design, development, and implementation of business solutions.- Use investigative techniques (interviews, workshops, observations, scenarios, prototyping, quantitative approaches) to understand the current state of data/processes/reporting.- Document, review, analyze, and make recommendations to improve the current state of data/processes/reporting - driving consistency across the region.- Engage with stakeholders to baseline KPIs, agree on targets, develop a business case, define success criteria, identify methods of measurement, and establish ownership for benefits realization and measurement.- Champion the development and implementation of data and process compliance measures.- Act as the lead interface for requirements gathering for business projects.- Lead country and region-specific projects with regard to scope and vision.**The experience we're looking for**:- This opportunity requires you to create something new, not to upgrade or transform something existing.
