Overview We are looking for talented people to help us deliver exceptional bilingual (Spanish) customer service as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at TTEC - WORKING REMOTE initially, and later working from the office location (Santo Amaro region). Our client is a technology global leader of cloud data services. Responsibilities Customer service to generate business opportunities for executives from all over Latin America Providing information regarding a technology solution Prospection for arranging meetings and confirming the participation of executives in events Database update and spreadsheet filling Requirements Fluent level of Spanish High School Diploma Experience in Customer Service Excellent interpersonal relationship, teamwork spirit, ease in mastering and assimilating new tools Strong verbal and written communication skills Easy access to the Santo Amaro region Plus Completed or ongoing higher education in the technology field Sales Force experience Skills Computer skills, especially in MS Excel Ease in mastering tools Trustworthy and professional about the use of the confidential information you have access to Focus on quality of service and respect for deadlines and customer care Additional information Salary : R$ 1.667,88+ VT + VR or VA Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Nursery Aid Life Insurance Growth opportunities Dynamic and Friendly Working Environment Partnerships with Universities Language Schools and Gyms (GymPass) Schedule 125 h (part-time) Location Santo Amaro (Cenesp) Hiring Regime CLT Why TTEC?
