Compensation & Growth At WorkBetterNow, we believe in rewarding commitment and supporting long-term success. Our pay structure ensures your compensation evolves with your experience and tenure. Salaries will be updated in January to the 2026 Salary Structure: 0-3 months: $1,200 USD/month After 3 months: You’ll receive a $50 monthly Wellness Bonus to support a healthy and balanced work life (total: $1,250/month). After 1 year: Salary increases to $1,340 USD/month After 2 years: Salary increases to $1,480 USD/month After 3 years: Salary increases to $1,540 USD/month After 4 years: Salary increases to $1,600 USD/month Annual Adjustments: You’ll also receive a raise each year and company-wide compensation adjustments as we continue to grow together. This candidate will address inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information about our products and services. This candidate will have excellent communication skills, be empathetic, and possess a strong desire to assist customers. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints. Process orders, forms, applications, and requests. Provide accurate information about products and services. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction. Identify and elevate priority issues. Follow up on customer interactions and ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional service. Meet or exceed customer service goals and targets. Qualifications 2+ years of customer support experience or experience as a client service representative. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters. Technical Requirements Processor: Intel 11th Gen (or equivalent AMD Ryzen 5000 series) for Windows users and M2 for Macs. RAM: 16 GB minimum. 25-50 Mbps Internet Speed (minimum).
