Murex Support Specialist Role


We are seeking a highly skilled Murex Support Specialist to join our team.

As a key member of our support group, you will play a vital role in analyzing and resolving technical issues related to Murex functionality.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing complex technical issues and formulating solutions that meet client requirements
  • Developing and implementing effective troubleshooting strategies to resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality support services
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest Murex technology and industry trends to ensure we remain at the forefront of innovation


To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 4+ years' experience with Murex functionalities and technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of financial markets technology and Murex products
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
