You will drive a strategic innovation agenda aligned with global priorities and lead the end-to-end development of new products in alignment with key business goals. You’ll play a critical role in delivering differentiated value to customers and supporting sustainable growth across food and industrial categories**Location**: Mogi Guaçu/SP - Brazil**As part of the Idea Labs team, your role you’ll be**:- Build and manage a strong innovation pipeline focused on Texture and Healthful Solutions, delivering against intellectual property and commercial goals.- Develop and scale technical capabilities through hands-on trainings, launch packages, and customer co-creation sessions.- Establish and grow an innovation incubator and research network to support global innovation efforts.- Promote collaboration across cross-functional and global teams, acting as a strategic partner to sales, marketing, and global R&D.**What are we looking for?**- Degree in Food Science or other science related discipline;- Demonstrated experience in the Research & Development for food & beverage industry, specifically B2B for ingredients;- Excellent understanding of food science, industrial food processes and interaction of ingredients.- Fluent in English.
