**Customer Innovation Director (Research & Development), Brazil at Ingredion - Join Us, to create the Future Together**

As **Customer Innovation Director (Research & Development), Brazil**, you’ll be part of our incredible team of **Idea Labs**, our second largest innovation center from Ingredion Globally.
In this role, you will lead Ingredion’s Innovation & Applications function in Brazil, translating market and customer needs into breakthrough product solutions. You will drive a strategic innovation agenda aligned with global priorities and lead the end-to-end development of new products in alignment with key business goals. You’ll play a critical role in delivering differentiated value to customers and supporting sustainable growth across food and industrial categories
**Location**: Mogi Guaçu/SP - Brazil
**As part of the Idea Labs team, your role you’ll be**:
- Build and manage a strong innovation pipeline focused on Texture and Healthful Solutions, delivering against intellectual property and commercial goals.
- Develop and scale technical capabilities through hands-on trainings, launch packages, and customer co-creation sessions.
- Establish and grow an innovation incubator and research network to support global innovation efforts.
- Promote collaboration across cross-functional and global teams, acting as a strategic partner to sales, marketing, and global R&D.
**What are we looking for?**
- Degree in Food Science or other science related discipline;
- Demonstrated experience in the Research & Development for food & beverage industry, specifically B2B for ingredients;
- Excellent understanding of food science, industrial food processes and interaction of ingredients.
- Fluent in English. Spanish is a differential.
