Business development analyst (BDA) will support BDM activities in most tactical analysis, reports and business updates. It is also expected a new range of sales activities such as analyzing new business opportunities and relationship with bottler's teams, supporting TDMs and Regional Managers as well.
The BDA will be responsible for business analytics for the region, compiling and ensuring accuracy, consistency and congruency for the information.
The BDA will also be responsible for maintaining Scorecards (bottler ranking) within respective territory as well as the development and preparation of presentations for the Sales Management Team for both internal and external use.
**Essential Job Functions**:
- Provide analysis and interpretation of internal/external international market data, Detailed analyses of each Monster and competitive SKU's and channels, especially tactical analysis, daily and monthly reports.
- Support on developing new system implementation.
- Communication with bottlers.
- Organizing data.
- Develop dashboards and relevant materials to support sales teams including regional managers and TDMs.
- Organizing supervisor.
- Bottlers relationship with sales teams (sales supervisors).
- Research new business opportunities (new product results, coverage opportunities by channel and bottler, customer with cooler placement results, c-stores results report, and Key Account Scorecard preparation).
- Support sales and coverage results from assigned bottlers.
- Collaborate with the Sales Management to meet sales objectives to expand company revenue and profit.
- Coolers information tracking and availability analysis.
- VPO tracking and detailed analysis.
- Detailed analyses of Nielsen and other 3rd party data for trends, insights, etc.
- Establish and cultivate relationships with local and regional customers.
- Complete supplier reports, including distribution and volume for company totals monthly.
- Complete all internal control records, forms, and reports accurately.
- Prepare special reports for management as requested.
- Assist in ensuring that all work tasks are performed by staff in a safe and secure manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**Position Requirements**:

- Strong verbal and written communications skills and presentation skills.
- Strong math, time management, and customer service skills.
- Demonstrated appreciation for the value of attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
- Self-motivated, committed and entrepreneurial. Furthermore, you have a proactive sales style and a "can do mentality".
- Results-driven and committed to creating new business opportunities.
- Team oriented.
- Self-starter.
- Strong computer skills familiarity with Power BI, Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in business, management, or a related field preferred. Equivalent related experience may be substituted for educational requirements.
- Fluent in English.
