Job Title:

Senior Business Analyst

Overview:

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to drive optimal solutions for our customers. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Kronos and UKG Workforce Management, as well as strong analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirement assessment workshops with senior customer representatives.
  • Design a tailored solution that aligns with customer needs while minimizing deviations from standard Kronos functionalities.
  • Develop functional and technical solution design documents.
  • Collaborate with the offshore technical team to build the solution and address queries.
  • Train core users of the customer's organization.
  • Manage customer user acceptance tests.
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure timely project milestones and billing alignment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Sciences or a related field.
  • Experience with Kronos and UKG Workforce Management is mandatory.
  • English Advanced (B2-C1) language proficiency.
  • Proven experience in requirement gathering and solution design.
  • Prior experience in supporting functional testing, integration testing, and UAT is preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering quality, on-time technology and business solutions to diverse clients.
  • Solid interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with coworkers and clients.
  • Ability to manage tasks independently with minimal direction.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • PMP Certification
  • Intermediate Spanish proficiency
