Software Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a talented individual to fill a dynamic position as a Software Solutions Specialist.

This role involves providing technical-commercial support to customers and contracts in their geographical area, developing commercial strategies to detect new business opportunities and improve customer relationships, presenting services to potential clients in a professional manner, and streamlining technical-commercial solutions through autonomous management and resolution capacity.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team and adapt to changing situations, results-oriented with analytical sense for problem solving, and internal and external customer orientation.

The successful candidate will have residence in Fortaleza or nearby cities, academic level: University Professional, management of computer tools and knowledge of management systems, and experience in software development positions (2-5 years).
