Expert Technical Solutions Professional

Our team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill this critical role.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and compliant onboarding journey for new hires.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide in-depth technical expertise in the given process area, as well as demonstrated knowledge of key integration points across different modules and technical components.
- Understand global templates and regional solutions designed and developed by solution delivery teams and resolve tickets while maintaining the integrity of the solution. Perform thorough testing, including regression testing, before releasing any solution for final user validation.
- Design and configure minor enhancements following standard configuration naming standards documents and functional design documents.
- Provide technical input in support of audit requests as needed.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and security standards.
- Collaborate with other process and system experts to identify and implement business process continuous improvement opportunities.
This is an indefinite-term project requiring a senior professional with at least 7 years of experience, C1 English and Portuguese proficiency, and collaboration with global teams. Immediate start is preferred.
