Senior Software Engineer Position

About the Opportunity:

We seek an accomplished and experienced Full-Stack Developer with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Dynamics 365 to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, as well as a proven ability to design, develop, and implement full-stack applications that integrate seamlessly with Dynamics and Dynamics 365 environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using modern technologies and frameworks.
  • Integrate, customize, and extend functionalities within Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable software solutions.
  • Develop front-end components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Build and maintain back-end services using C#, Java, or Python, and work with relational databases such as SQL Server.
  • Ensure solutions are optimized for performance, security, and scalability.
  • Leverage cloud architecture (preferably Azure, or AWS) to deploy and manage applications.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and development standards.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack development.
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystems.
  • Proficiency in front-end languages and frameworks: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, plus React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Strong experience with back-end programming: C#, Java, or Python.
  • Experience with relational databases, especially SQL Server.
  • Solid understanding of cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS also valuable).
  • Proficient in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to design scalable and maintainable software solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
