Responsabilidades Projetar, desenvolver e manter serviços e APIs escaláveis em Node.js. Modelar e otimizar bancos relacionais e não-relacionais (PostgreSQL/MySQL, MongoDB). Garantir qualidade de código (testes, revisão, padrões), observabilidade e desempenho. Pensar no ciclo de vida do software: construir e sustentar (manutenibilidade, monitoramento, alertas). Colaborar com Produto e demais times para desenhar soluções simples, seguras e orientadas a valor. Dar transparência: comunicar riscos, pedir ajuda quando necessário e oferecer visibilidade do progresso. Requisitos obrigatórios Sólida experiência com Node.js no backend. Domínio de APIs REST (e desejável GraphQL), autenticação/autorização e boas práticas de segurança. Experiência com bancos SQL e NoSQL (modelagem, consultas performáticas, migrações). Conhecimentos de testes (unitários/integrados) e CI/CD. Vivência com observabilidade e performance (métricas, logs, tracing; saber interpretar e agir). Postura sênior: ownership, senso de urgência, autonomia com responsabilidade, comunicação clara e trabalho em equipe. Diferenciais (nice to have) Familiaridade com ferramentas de monitoramento/observabilidade (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, New Relic). Conhecimento de NestJS. Noções de AWS e ecossistema cloud. Experiência prévia em fintech/mercado financeiro (conceitos como CDB, fundos etc.). #J-18808-Ljbffr
