About our hiring partner Our hiring partner started in early 2022 to solve a critical operational problem in the returns processing space. While most innovation focused on making returns easier for consumers, this created more returns without fixing the challenges inside warehouses. Operators were relying on pen and paper, whiteboards, and spreadsheets to process returned items — a clear opportunity for a more reliable, scalable system. Today, the company supports dozens of logistics providers across multiple facilities, serves hundreds of brands, and has achieved exceptionally low churn and strong user satisfaction. They are preparing for a Series A round later this year. The Role We are hiring a Senior Backend Engineer to help unblock feature development and scale a production system that already handles real volume. This is a hands-on role focused on backend development — not an architect-only position. You’ll work across different backend areas, contributing directly to feature delivery, performance improvements, and integrations.
