Provide project support for duty suspension projects to help Agilent optimize its local duty spend (e.g Ex Tarifario)
Provide project support for various import export projects such as support for new DUIMP regulation and coordination with consultant
Provide operation support as needed such as:
- ImportSys - Pre-load expenses - Warehouse - FF - Carriers related to Importation Process;
- Supplier payment review before Manager approval to send to pay;
- Sending payments to Local Tax - issue Tax Form - send to AP Team;
- Fill the Local invoice issued at the OTD (On Time Delivery) - On Time Delivery - daily;
- Check the required information for Import & Export Report - to cross check expenses;
- Check cleared process to cross check at OTD Report;
- Check freight quotes x expenses invoiced;
- Payment reports - control of each Business Area
- Help to review the BPO's: the billed & balance;
- Control of expenses by business area by type of expense under the same supplier;
- Help to control cleared cargo reports in order to reduce cost regarding bonded warehouse;
- Follow up with Warehouse & internal customer of cargo cleared & waiting to be collected - Invoiced to the Customer;
- Fill the TQRDCE Report - Shipments to send - others are controlled but no one ask to send;
- Help to fill spread sheets, check information with ImportSys, such as Intercompany Billing;
- Monitor & Coordinate the process damaged at customs & send to the internal customer if warehouse or the Service Manager to ask for guidance if is Trade Shipments (replace box, physical inspection so on).
**Qualifications**:
- Foreign Trade, International Bussines (at least 2 years to finish the degree)
- Intermediate English
- Excel: Databases
- Time Availability 6 hours per day
- To live near to Barueri
