We are looking for a Business Development Representative who will play a key role in our growth strategy by generating qualified leads and scheduling product demos.

About the Role
  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients across various industries.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage outreach sequences including emails, calls, and LinkedIn messages.
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and activities in the CRM.
  • Schedule product demos by identifying and qualifying potential customers.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development with a background in SaaS or technology sales.
  • Bilingual proficiency (spoken and written) in English and Spanish.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages.
  • Proven ability to deliver engaging presentations and articulate value propositions clearly.
  • Experience using CRM platforms like Zoho, Hubspot, or similar.
  • A self-starter with a strong work ethic and passion for sales and business development.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Outbound Sales Calls : Make 50-75 calls daily to prospective clients.
  2. Campaign Management : Utilize CRM software to manage multi-touch outreach sequences.
  3. Data Entry and Maintenance : Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and activities.
  4. Demo Scheduling : Schedule a minimum of one product demo per day by identifying and qualifying potential customers.
  5. Team Collaboration : Work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to optimize lead generation strategies.
