Job Title: Enterprise Sales Growth Specialist

Description:

This role is ideal for a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional who thrives on closing deals and driving business growth. As an Enterprise Sales Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and managing a robust sales pipeline, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver meaningful solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as an independent sales hunter with a proactive, results-driven mindset, owning the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to work with your prospects to understand their business needs and determine how to best recommend our AI-powered solutions to improve current business processes;
  • Build successful customer relationships/partnerships and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to target and engage enterprise clients within the Fintech, BFSI, BPO or Government sector.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals that address client needs and showcase our value proposition.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and close large ticket deals that meet or exceed revenue targets.

Requirements:

-Previous experience in SaaS/enterprise application software/solution selling/cloud computing

-Ability to conduct CxO level engagement and secure executive sponsorship for deals

-Comfortable working in a high growth environment with fast pace and resourcefulness; Proven ability to drive end-to-end sales

-Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese, with Mandarin speaking is a bonus

-BS/IT degree or equivalent preferred
