Expert Technical Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled technical expert to join our team as an Expert Technical Consultant . This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have extensive experience in designing, implementing and managing complex technical solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge and expertise in Genesys Cloud and its various components. They should be able to analyze complex technical issues, design effective solutions and implement them efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing Genesys Cloud architectures
  • Providing technical guidance and support to internal teams
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
  • Maintaining and improving existing technical solutions
  • Developing and delivering training programs to improve technical skills

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in Genesys Cloud and its components
  • Strong understanding of SIP protocols and Genesys framework architecture
  • Familiarity with reporting components like CCPulse/Pulse, ICON, Infomart and CXInsights
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills in Genesys infrastructure
  • Good ITIL knowledge – Incident, Change & Configuration Management
