At Rappi, we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Strategy Analyst to join our team. This role involves utilizing advanced analytical skills, developing models to conduct data analysis for strategic purposes, and deriving actionable insights for Rappi's partner industries.

We seek a professional with a background in exact sciences such as economics, statistics, or engineering. Proficiency in SQL, preferably Python, and experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio) are preferred.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

  • Create analyses to support strategic decision-making for our partners and Rappi management;

  • Build scalable tools and dashboards to enhance efficiency and effectiveness for internal teams in generating insights for the company and Rappi's commercial partners;

  • Play a pivotal role in ensuring successful project development by providing guidance, acting as a reliable source of expertise, and offering valuable recommendations to improve project outcomes;

  • Deliver and interpret analytics model outcomes, aligning with business requirements, and managing large data volumes systematically;

  • Ensure the successful delivery of our products, providing added value and exceeding partners' expectations;

  • Identify opportunities to improve the quality and performance of our products and reports, ensuring continuous optimization;

  • Foster effective communication and collaboration among teams by facilitating cross-functional dialogues and promoting a cohesive approach towards project goals and shared success.

What are the requirements to be part of this neon universe?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields;

  • Open to candidates globally. Preference for candidates in Brazil, Mexico, or Colombia;

  • Knowledge in SQL (required), Visualization Tools (required), and Python (desirable);

  • Intermediate English (required), Basic Portuguese and Spanish (desirable);

  • Proficiency in Google Suite & MS Office;

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights;

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working effectively with cross-functional teams.
