How you will impact our ecosystem:
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategy Analyst to join our team. This role involves advanced data analysis, developing analytical models, and providing insights for strategic decisions in Rappi's partner industries.
Ideal candidates will have a background in economics, statistics, engineering, or related fields, with proficiency in SQL, Python (preferred), and visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio.
Responsibilities:
- Create analyses to support strategic decision-making for partners and management;
- Build scalable tools and dashboards to enhance efficiency and insights generation;
- Guide project development, provide expertise, and coordinate across teams;
- Deliver and interpret analytics models aligned with business needs;
- Ensure product delivery exceeds partner expectations;
- Identify opportunities for product and report optimization;
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields;
- Candidates globally located are accepted, with preference for Brazil, Mexico, or Colombia;
- Proficiency in SQL and visualization tools; Python is a plus;
- Intermediate English skills required; basic Portuguese and Spanish are desirable;
- Knowledge of Google Suite & MS Office;
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
