Sobre a oportunidade
Estamos em busca de um Gerente de Contratos para integrar nossa equipe.
Seu papel será gerenciar contratos de implantação do nosso produto de gerenciamento de atendimento (Service Management), garantindo que os acordos com clientes e parceiros sejam claros, cumpridos e alinhados aos objetivos estratégicos da Beyond.
Principais Desafios

  • Negociar termos contratuais alinhados às necessidades dos clientes e à flexibilidade da nossa plataforma low-code.
  • Gerenciar prazos e obrigações contratuais em um ambiente de implantação ágil.
  • Colaborar com equipes de vendas e jurídicas para assegurar conformidade e mitigar riscos.
Responsabilidades
  • Elaborar, revisar e negociar contratos com clientes, fornecedores e parceiros.
  • Monitorar o cumprimento de obrigações contratuais, incluindo prazos, entregas e condições de pagamento.
  • Gerenciar o ciclo de vida dos contratos, da assinatura à renovação ou encerramento.
  • Identificar e mitigar riscos contratuais, acionando o departamento jurídico quando necessário.
  • Manter um banco de dados organizado para fácil acesso e rastreabilidade.
  • Prestar suporte à equipe interna sobre questões contratuais.
  • Melhorar processos de gestão de contratos, propondo modelos e fluxos mais eficientes.
Requisitos
  • Experiência em gestão de contratos, preferencialmente em tecnologia ou SaaS.
  • Experiência com gestão de projetos para coordenar prazos e entregas.
  • Familiaridade com contratos de software e serviços digitais (ex.: SLAs, licenciamento, suporte).
  • Habilidade para analisar riscos contratuais e resolver conflitos.
  • Capacidade de interpretar e redigir documentos jurídicos básicos.
  • Interesse em plataformas low-code e Service Management.
  • Excelente comunicação escrita e verbal.
  • Organização e atenção a detalhes.
  • Proatividade e trabalho colaborativo.
