Job Summary We are seeking a Functional Lead with experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP GTM SAP S4 HANA and a background in Production Planning and Control for Process Manufacturing. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage operations and contribute to the companys growth and societal impact. Responsibilities Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP GTM SAP S4 HANA to enhance operational efficiency. Oversee the integration of production planning and control processes within the system to ensure seamless operations. Provide expert guidance on process manufacturing operations to improve productivity and quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align system functionalities with business objectives. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system enhancements. Ensure the systems compliance with industry standards and best practices to maintain high performance. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and disruptions. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system processes and configurations. Conduct training sessions for end-users to maximize system utilization and effectiveness. Evaluate new technologies and propose solutions to enhance system capabilities. Support the development of strategic plans to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success. Contribute to the companys mission by optimizing processes that impact societal well-being. Qualifications Possess extensive experience in SAP GTM SAP S4 HANA demonstrating a deep understanding of its functionalities. Have a strong background in production planning and control for process manufacturing with a focus on operational excellence. Exhibit proficiency in analyzing business requirements and translating them into actionable technical solutions. Demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and technologies.
