**About the Job**
**Responsibilities**
- Assist with the analysis and management of contracts, including employment contracts, commercial agreements, and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).
- Review and organize legal documents, ensuring compliance with data protection standards and applicable regulations.
- Monitor legal proceedings in collaboration with external law firms, tracking deadlines and procedures.
- Support the drafting of legal opinions, notices, and reports for internal departments.
- Participate in corporate governance, compliance, and intellectual property protection tasks.
- Conduct legal research on legislation and regulatory changes to support decision-making.
**Minimum Qualifications**
- Law degree.
- 2+ years of experience in law firms or corporate legal departments.
- Knowledge of corporate law, contracts, and compliance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience or interest in working with startups and technology companies.
- Familiarity with data protection regulations and intellectual property laws.
