Position Overview Sinoma Brazil is a leading player in the engineering and industrial equipment, providing specialized solutions for the cement and mining industries. As part of a global group, we are committed to a long-term development strategy in Brazil and Latin America, focusing in excellence, innovation, and long-term partnerships with our clients. We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Sales Engineer to support our expanding operations in Brazil. This role combines commercial acumen with engineering expertise to deliver tailored solutions to our clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and optimal performance of our equipment. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new customer leads and business opportunities. Support contract execution for existing projects, ensuring technical and commercial alignment with focus on after‑sales activities and customer support. Conduct site visits to gather operational feedback and identify improvement opportunities. Propose and implement tailor‑made solutions based on client needs and technical assessments. Develop and maintain a structured quality assurance and maintenance program to support equipment performance and longevity. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met in a timely and effective manner. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred). Professional experience in the cement or mining industry, with hands‑on knowledge of key machinery and its applications. Strong problem‑solving and communication skills. Availability for occasional travel to client sites. English proficiency is highly desired. Experience with CAD software is a plus.
