We are expanding in the Brazilian market and are looking for a team player to join our Operations team in Brazil.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assemble, configure, and maintain hardware equipment according to technical specifications.
  • Diagnose and resolve intermediate-level technical issues independently.
  • Support the Technical Lead in implementing new projects and processes.
  • Document all tasks performed, maintaining clear and updated records of maintenance, repairs, and incidents.
  • Handle local electronic repair cases, replace components, and ensure accurate diagnoses and timely solutions.
  • Consult the LATAM Technical Lead for complex or undocumented failures.
  • Report to the Regional Operations Analyst on required materials and spare parts for repairs or manufacturing.
  • Attend customer visits for test days and implementations as requested by the Implementations or Presales teams.
  • Respond to customer tickets to support hardware logistics, especially in repair cases.
  • Maintain professional, solution-oriented communication with key clients.
Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Strong knowledge of SMD soldering, hardware assembly, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve electronic failures efficiently.
  • Experience in technical support, customer service, and ticket management (preferred).
  • Good command of technical documentation.
  • Availability for on-site client visits.
  • Proactive, self-driven attitude.
  • Results-oriented and capable of working independently.
  • Intermediate level of Spanish/English (preferred).
