Could you imagine yourself in a place like this?**Dow **has an exciting opportunity for a **Customer Service Specialist based in São Paulo (BRA).** You will be able to provide solutions to the customer while managing operational needs and collaborating closely with functional partners (Manufacturing, Marketing & Sales, Supply Chain, etc.) to meet company objectives.**In this position you will**:- Execute the order entry process and manage the order fulfillment process for a given business or group of businesses and customers, which are typically priority and foundational customers with a high degree of complexity.- Strengthen customer intimacy by developing solid relationships, understanding customer needs and gathering market intelligence.- Coordinate activity at assigned customer accounts, proactively address issues and implement solutions.- Maintain service levels according to business prioritization- Differentiate between customer requirements and Dow capabilities; choose the best/cost-effective solution.- Support commercial strategies with Dow customers across multiple businesses.**Required qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree.- Intermediate English level.- Fluent Spanish level.**Your preferred qualifications include**:- Understanding of Foreign trade and import/export.- Accountability, communication, and proactivity skills.- SAP experience (desirable)- Client-facing skills.**To apply**:- Sign in or create your account.- Make sure your resume is accessible.
