Join to apply for the Compensation & Payroll Manager role at Flutter Brazil We are looking for a professional to lead the Compensation & Benefits area and oversee the Payroll team at Flutter Brazil. This role is strategic in defining policies and processes that support talent attraction, development, and retention, ensuring a consistent and efficient employee experience aligned with Flutter’s culture and business strategy. The professional will be responsible for designing and implementing competitive compensation and benefits practices, managing the salary review cycle, and supporting leaders and business teams in strategic decision-making. What you’ll do: Develop and manage Flutter Brazil’s compensation strategy, including salary policies, bonus programs, and long‑term incentive plans. Conduct market analyses and benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and alignment with Flutter’s global Career Grades methodology. Implement benefits practices that reinforce talent attraction and retention, tailored to business needs. Salary Review Cycle & Budget Management Structure and manage annual salary review cycles, ensuring consistency, transparency, and alignment with the company’s financial planning. Monitor investments in people and provide strategic insights on adjustments and resource allocation. Support organizational structure decisions and career progression initiatives, ensuring alignment between budget and talent strategies. Payroll & Compliance Lead the Payroll team, ensuring reliable, efficient processes in full compliance with Brazilian labor laws. Manage the internalization of Flutter Brazil’s payroll, aligning with local hiring strategy and applicable collective agreements. Stakeholder Management Act as a strategic business partner, reinforcing Flutter Brazil’s culture through consistent rewards practices aligned with organizational values. Support leaders and HRBPs with data‑driven recommendations and market best practices. What you will build here: Establish and maintain a fair and competitive compensation policy aligned with Flutter’s global methodology. Ensure continuous, transparent salary review cycles that drive talent retention and motivation. Lead payroll and benefits processes that provide a seamless experience for all employees. Support leadership development through strategic compensation insights and reward practices. Enable faster, more precise decision‑making aligned with Flutter Brazil’s growth strategy. What you’ll bring: Significant experience in Rewards and Payroll, preferably in technology companies or fast‑growing environments. Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation and advanced compensation practices. Advanced analytical skills, able to translate data into strategic insights. Strong communication and influencing skills across multiple areas, especially Finance and Legal.
