This is a key leadership role where you will play a pivotal part in shaping and scaling patient care operations for a rapidly expanding digital health company. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining what patient care means at scale, leading a high-performing team, and driving operational excellence as we grow rapidly within the year. Key Responsibilities: Define and implement a comprehensive patient care strategy across multiple health categories Balance proactive versus reactive care approaches to deliver exceptional outcomes Design and scale new services to meet the evolving needs of patients Drive operational excellence, scalability, and reliability across all touchpoints Team Leadership: Lead and scale a high-performing operations team from 70 to 250+ members Hire, onboard, and develop new team members to ensure continuity and growth Drive performance management and uphold quality standards to maintain a high level of excellence Technology & Product Collaboration: Partner with central product and tech teams to improve efficiency and effectiveness Identify, scope, and prioritize operational challenges to drive business growth Champion tech-enabled solutions that reduce linear staff growth and enhance productivity About the Company: We are a fast-growing digital health company looking for experienced professionals to join our team.
