Email Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to drive engagement, conversion, and retention across High Tide's diverse portfolio of brands. The successful candidate will leverage data analysis to create high-performing campaigns, manage email lists, and collaborate with design and content teams.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of performance data and be able to continuously improve email campaigns to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Campaign Execution & Management: Lead the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns aimed at driving engagement, conversion, and retention.
- Data & Performance Analysis: Evaluate key email and SMS metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and use this data to optimize campaigns and improve performance.
- List Segmentation & Hygiene: Manage email lists by overseeing segmentation, hygiene, and weekly monitoring of list growth.
- A/B Testing & Optimization: Run A/B tests on subject lines, content, design, and customer segments to continuously improve engagement and conversions.
- Email Copy & Content Creation: Write compelling email copy aligned with brand voice and campaign goals.
- Providing Feedback to Copywriters: Provide feedback to email copywriters based on performance data, ensuring all email content aligns with brand tone.
- Email Flow Management: Develop and optimize email flows such as welcome series, abandoned cart emails, and post-purchase campaigns.
- Weekly Reporting & Insights: Generate and share weekly performance reports on email campaigns.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams across content, design, and paid media to ensure that email campaigns align with broader marketing objectives.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in email marketing, with a strong focus on campaign execution, A/B testing, list management, and performance analysis.
- Experience with Klaviyo is required.
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS, and a strong understanding of email design best practices.
- Understanding of industry regulations, including CASL, CAN-SPAM, and GDPR compliance.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and workflow management tools.
