Job Description As a Product Marketing Manager at Toradex you will play a key role in shaping how the market perceives our cutting-edge embedded computing solutions. Youll lead initiatives to build awareness and drive adoption by combining strategic product positioning with creative storytelling. Working cross-functionally with Product Management Sales Demand Generation and Design you will help to execute go-to-market strategies craft clear and differentiated messaging and collaborate to translate complex technical capabilities into compelling narratives and impactful campaigns. This role blends analytical thinking and creative vision requiring the ability to connect engineering depth with market relevance as well as the skill to develop high-performing content that drives awareness engagement and growth across multiple channels. Goals Drive awareness and accelerate adoption of Toradex products by shaping market perception building strong narratives and ensuring consistent impactful communication across all touchpoints from technical storytelling to creative execution. How Efficiently sharing positioning and messaging for new Toradex products and aligning the company and customers around that. Creating narratives that communicate the value and differentiation of our products to developers engineers and decision-makers. Partnering closely with Product Management Sales Demand Generation and Design to translate technical capabilities into compelling stories. Ensuring messaging consistency across website campaigns events and collateral. Monitoring and analyzing marketing performance to continuously refine both positioning and creative execution. Key Responsibilities Positioning & Messaging : Helping to create a clear and differentiated product story that resonates with target audiences and aligns internal teams on the why behind our products. Content Creation : Act as aCreative Strategist translating product messaging into creative concepts and storytelling frameworks. Create copy for key assets such as product pages digital ads launch materials presentations blogs and videos to drive awareness of new products and features across different audiences and channels. Go-to-Market Support : Collaborate on product launches by defining messaging frameworks coordinating enablement materials and ensuring cross-team alignment. Campaign Collaboration : Partner with Paid Media Social Product Marketing and Designteams to align messaging visuals and campaign objectives and to ensure campaigns accurately reflect product positioning and market insights. Market Feedback Loop : Gather insights from campaigns and customers to refine messaging and guide content priorities. Cross-Functional Alignment : Work closely with Product Sales and Demand Generation to ensure GTM alignment and consistency across regions and verticals. Desired Candidate Profile Must Have Between 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Product Marketing Marketing Management or Creative Strategy within a technology or B2B context Bachelors degree in Engineering or a proven background working with technical products Strong English communication skills written and spoken Understanding of B2B technology marketing in global markets Proven ability to create content for both technical and business audiences Experience crafting ad copy creative concepts and performance-driven campaigns for both awareness and lead generation Understands paid marketing and social media dynamics and how to adapt creative to maximize reach and engagement across platforms Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and iterate on marketing effectiveness Collaborative working style comfortable coordinating across multiple teams and functions Passionate and enthusiastic about talking about new cutting-edge technology devices Proven ability to lead by influence Nice to Have Experience in Toradexs target verticals such as Healthcare Industrial Automation Transportation Smart City or Test & Measurement Familiarity with Embedded Systems or related hardware / software technologies What we offer An agile and inter-cultural work environment Working with latest IoT computer technology in an international environment Participation in defining processes and your working environment Contemporary employment conditions modern office space and a flexible working environment Opportunities for your personal development Meal allowance (flash card) Health and dental care Flexible working hours Parking space Anniversary day off Toradex is a leader in embedded computing serving innovative products to industrial medical automotive & IoT companies creating feature-rich & intelligent systems for demanding applications e.g. supercars self-driving tractors patient monitoring systems to name a few.
