Sealed Air is seeking a seasoned Total Rewards professional to support our business functions across LATAM. This role will partner closely with HR Business Partners, HR Operations, and members of the Global Total Rewards & Organizational Effectiveness team (TR&OE).

**Main Responsibilities**
- Conducting comprehensive salary benchmarking for LATAM countries
- Maintaining competitive salary ranges for countries across LATAM
- Evaluating job descriptions and providing insights and recommendations for pay decisions
- Supporting the successful execution of the annual compensation planning cycle
- Assisting in benefits renewals in multiple geographies across LATAM
- Serving as first point of contact for total rewards queries across LATAM
- Contributing to wider Total Rewards and Organizational Effectiveness projects
- Educating internal stakeholders about LATAM compensation strategies and processes
- Supporting with the administration of the Annual Compensation Planning Cycle
**Qualifications**
- Strong experience in Total Rewards ideally in fast growth performance-driven cultures.
- Experience with strong knowledge of LATAM jurisdictions and government legislations that impact compensation and benefits decisions.
- Experience effectively communicating in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of job leveling methodologies.
- Experience supporting the annual compensation cycle.
- Ability to work independently with limited day-to-day supervision.
- Great attention to detail and ability to work with a sense of urgency and ownership.
- Robust computer skills with excellent Excel skills are a must.
- Compensation platforms experience is a plus.
