Total Rewards Sr. Partner

We are seeking a seasoned Total Rewards professional to drive and implement Total Rewards strategy for our Brazilian Affiliate and Montes Claros Site.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for interpreting and communicating the corporate vision of Total Rewards to stakeholders and supporting annual recurring Total Rewards processes.

You will work closely with the P&O and management team to drive discussions, strategy, and prioritizations while ensuring adherence to Total Rewards policies.

This role is ideal for a motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and represent the Centre of Excellence (CoE) in driving and implementing Total Rewards strategy to ensure market competitiveness and meet business needs.
  • Interpret the corporate vision and strategy of Total Rewards locally, effectively communicating it to stakeholders and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Plan, support, and oversee the annual recurring Total Rewards processes, ensuring adherence to policies and practices.
  • Advocate for local business needs in the design and development of Total Rewards plans, providing strategic input to enhance effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the P&O and management team to drive Total Rewards discussions, strategy, prioritizations, and provide counsel on market-based offers and compensation positioning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Fluent written and oral English language skills.
  • Previous experience in Total Rewards activities.
  • Technical knowledge in salary table and job structures.
  • Familiarity with mobility, recognition programs, pension funds, executive packages, compensation methodologies, and positions.
