About the Role We are seeking a skilled Talent Development Specialist to support our Talent Development function. This position will partner closely with leaders to understand their desired development outcomes, time constraints, and needs. Leveraging this knowledge, you will craft relevant, engaging learning content that drives measurable growth. You will design and develop engaging, multimedia-rich asynchronous learning content using tools like Articulate, tailoring for diverse styles through simple, high-impact solutions. This role also involves serving as the go-to operational owner for the LMS system, curating and maintaining a dynamic, streamlined training catalog. Key Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience driving the development of L&D initiatives in a high-growth startup or late-stage tech environment. Experience leveraging LMS systems like Docebo.
