About the Role

We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to expand our presence in the Brazilian live streaming and influencer market.

This role focuses on identifying and developing partnerships with influencers, agencies, and hosts to drive platform growth and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with potential influencers, agencies, and hosts to join the platform.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners in the live streaming industry.
  • Negotiate collaboration terms and partnership deals with talents and agencies, ensuring mutual growth.
  • Act as a bridge between the internal team and local community, promoting smooth coordination.
  • Drive the growth and development of the Brazilian market.
  • Contribute positively to team initiatives and overall organizational success.

Requirements

  • Fluent English is required (Portuguese is a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills — phone, email, and in-person.
  • Strong ability to handle urgent or complex problems quickly and effectively.
  • Deep understanding of social media and influencer ecosystems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse personalities.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated.
  • Previous experience in social networking, influencer marketing, or live streaming is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R$3, R$8,218.72 per month
