**The Intel Brazil Country Manager is responsible for**:
- Growing the business, leading the organization and contributing to Brazil through innovation.
- Envisioning, planning and executing strategies for growing all aspects of the business including both direct billing's revenue and technology consumption.
- Planning and executing imaginative marketing strategies to build on the world-class Intel brand and accelerate demand.
- Building strong, productive relationships with government, press, analysts, and business associates, including OEMs, distributors, value added resellers, retailers, independent software vendors, developers, and system integrators to foster innovation and achieve Intel objectives.
- Developing a high performing and healthy sales, marketing and country organization.
- Managing day to day execution to deliver on short term business goals.
- Collaborating proactively and effectively with internal business units, regional and corporate stakeholders to communicate local market trends, threats and opportunities as well as secure needed support.
- Coordinating efforts across resident business groups to establish clear country priorities and execution.
- Role modeling and cultivating the highest levels of integrity, ethics, respect and inclusion.
- Maintaining a governance model that keeps the site legal.

**Qualifications**
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field OR equivalent experience min 4 years, in addition to:
- 10+ years of management experience in sales and marketing or business development, including:
- Proven track record delivering geo sales and organizational results within complex and highly matrixed global corporations
- Technical competence and solutions including emerging products and services.
- Strong global leadership skills demonstrated with direct reports, matrix reports, and senior key business partners to deliver sales and organizational results.
- Advanced English level

SMG works across business units to amplify the customer voice and deliver solutions that accelerate their business. We work across numerous industries, including retail, enterprise and government, cloud services and healthcare as examples. The operations team focuses on forecasting, driving alignment with factory production and delivering efficiency tools and our marketing capability drives demand and localized marketing in locations around the globe. Our sales force navigates a complex partner and customer ecosystem while shaping product roadmaps, driving value for our customers, and collaborating to harness emerging technology trends to deliver comprehensive solutions.
**Position of Trust**
**Work Model for this Role**
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
