Our corporate IT team is dedicated to delivering seamless IT experiences that drive business success. To achieve this, we're looking for a skilled Helpdesk Engineer who can provide responsive technical support and ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical assistance to internal employees, resolving end-user application issues, and maintaining accurate technical support documentation. Additionally, they will handle asset management, inventory control, and vendor liaison duties.
As part of our corporate IT team, the Helpdesk Engineer will play a critical role in implementing IT operations according to policy, interpreting IT-related issues on both system and user sides, and providing timely technical support in a fast-paced environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and minimizing downtime.
- Maintain and update technical support documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Handle asset management, inventory control, and vendor liaison duties.
- Perform first-level troubleshooting and support for scheduled server backups, system monitoring, and reports.
Requirements:
- Strong technical skills, including ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact effectively with internal employees.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of IT security best practices and ability to implement secure network infrastructure.
