CORPORATE IT is the backbone of our business, driving innovation and growth through technology. As a Helpdesk Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering seamless IT experiences to internal employees.

Main Responsibilities
  • Technical support for end users ensures the smooth operation of computers, network devices, and printers.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving application issues involve maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Assets management includes inventory maintenance and vendor collaboration.
  • Network infrastructure monitoring involves IT security and antivirus tool maintenance.
  • First-level troubleshooting and server backup support are essential system functions.
Essential Qualifications
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and OS (Windows and macOS).
  • Understanding of TCP/IP, IP addressing, and LAN technology.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows server administration and basic Linux knowledge.
  • Professional certifications like Microsoft Certified/CCNA are desirable.
  • Cisco device setup and configuration expertise is required.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills are vital.
