Technical Support Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide technical guidance and support for our products in overseas regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete customer service training and company internal process;
  • Provide product improvement suggestions and sustainable improvements;
  • Support regional manager business and assist with daily work;
  • Offer spare parts support and quotation;
  • Ensure equipment is serviced and maintained to high standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field;
  • At least 2 years of experience in heavy machinery maintenance, preferably cranes and hoists;
  • Expertise in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems, certifications a plus;
  • Proficiency in English and local language, with the ability to communicate effectively;
  • Adaptable, proactive, and passionate about hands-on work.
