Technical Field Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Field Specialist to join our team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for acting as the primary technical point of contact for customers, providing on-site and remote support during the entire design/launch process, and collaborating with R&D to transfer knowledge to customers.
- Key responsibilities include proof of concept demos, use case implementations, and systems validations of our evaluation kits or other IoT systems.
- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cellular technology, including 5G, LTE, and/or CatM, as well as strong technical, analytical, and presentation skills.
Requirements:
- At least 1.5 years of software engineering and/or FAE experience within the cellular phone or wireless module industry.
- Hands-on experience in Android or Linux development or integration environment is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
