**Workplace Location**:Barra da Tijuca - Rio de Janeiro
**Main responsibilities**:
Responsible for the administrative area and support to the sales team, ensuring compliance with processes in search of continuous improvement and administrative services under his/her responsibility, solving problems and providing support as necessary.
**Main activities**:
- Obtain information from the sales team to prepare reports, KPI's, including in English.
- Maintain contact with customers, whenever necessary, to receive orders, pricing information and attention to customer needs).
- Issue documents such as internal purchase orders, etc. in SAP.
- Check and send invoices for payment according to the service performed or product purchased on Onbase.
- Manage suppliers in your area. Search for new suppliers whenever necessary.
- Receiving and giving attention to customers, visitors and suppliers who visit the office.
- Organize and provide support on meetings and events.
- Support travel logistics for offshore team and visitors.
- Be responsible for the integrity and office administration, such as security, cleaning and maintenance services, public agencies, mail, access control to offices; parking, office supplies management
- Be sure to keep all operating permits current with government and chemical control departments.
- Manage pet cash for small expenses.
- Comply with all procedures and programs established by the company to have a safe and compliance-aligned operation.
- Monitor the processes related to your area, contributing to the desired results being achieved and improved according to the needs.
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- College degree in Business Administration, Business Management or similar areas.
- 3+ years of Administrator experience.
- Advanced English
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Knowledge of SAP systems is attractive.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective time management, multitasking ability
- Intermediate Spanish desirable
