**We are searching for the best talent for Total Rewards Sr Manager to be in Sao Paulo, Brazil.**
**Purpose**:Manages the design, development and implementation of Total Rewards programs (includes compensation and benefit) and practices for the organization. Provides guidance and interpretation of various compensation and benefit policies.
**You will be responsible for**:
- Define strategy, design, and implement compensation and benefits programs in Latam region compliantly with company global guidelines and local regulations.
- Lead a team of compensation and benefits specialists responsible for a group of countries or clusters
- Serve as a member of the Human Resources leadership team in the region, supplying to advancement of the department's vision and mission
- Work in partnership with operational compensation and benefits teams and other HR areas teams to deliver best in class Total Rewards programs for J&J community
- Guarantee timely annual renewals of insured benefits for all countries in the region, compliantly with Global Benefits guidelines and strategy.
- Together with legal counsel, ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and plan of action for benefit management and delivery, and recommend policy and procedure changes.
- Conduct evaluations of industry standards and benchmarking for employee benefit and compensation programs.
- Develop new and improve existing communication plans and resources that assist employees in making maximum use of available programs to facilitate overall well-being.
- Design, manage, and assess competitive benefits, compensation, and rewards programs that strengthen the organization's ability to attract and retain employees and deliver desired results to the organization.
- Establish, manage, and nurture effective business relationships with internal and external stakeholders
**Qualifications**
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree required
- 8 years of dynamic and combined experience managing compensation and benefits programs.
- Advanced English domain is required. Spanish is desirable.
- Understanding and working knowledge of compensation and benefits laws and regulations preferred.
- Excellent research and quantitative business skills are required.
- Proven experience working in a complex, matrixed environment is preferred as majority of clients will not be located onsite.
- Strong project management skills with experience in supporting the execution of large-scale projects is preferred.
- Strong analytical, consultative, influence and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership skills
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrated learning agility & passion for continuous improvement
- Strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, exceptional teaming and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite
