**Responsibilities**:
- As channel marketing support you will be responsible for supporting and implementing channel marketing activities for the HPE Aruba channel partners in the Latin America region with special support for Brazil.
- Work with the extended channel sales and marketing teams to align HPE Aruba priorities in market targeted customer segments and/or industry verticals and engage with strategic partners
- Contribute to the regional marketing plan from a channel marketing perspective
- Implement channel demand campaigns in order to expand market share and pursue aggressive growth targets
- Strong focus on demand generation activities through channel partner and marketing services agencies to grow the channel generated pipeline for HPE Aruba
- Assists partner(s) with and monitors delivery of the company experience. Manages/optimizes partner Market Development Funds (MDF), i.e., tracking availability/utilization of funds, developing and/or compliance with program terms, full leveraging of existing programs and proposals for new MDF-based initiatives.
- Measurement of marketing programs ROI, tracking program metrics versus predetermined goals/benchmarks
- Understanding changing and differing priorities depending on territories and how these impact channel marketing.
- Collaborate with Marketing Communications/other teams to execute Marketing plans.
- Secure/coordinate messaging and content for marketing programs and campaigns.
- Support partner capabilities development to increase service delivery self-reliance.
- Monitor execution of TPE/TCE versus pre-established plan.
- Perform marketing support activities as required, e.g., SFDC MDF, Marketing budget control, collateral fulfillment.
**Required Qualifications**:
- BA or BS in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
- 3+ years marketing experience.
- A can-do attitude with examples of marketing projects that have delivered impact
- Ability to collaborate and generate demand in a matrixed organization required.
- Excellent communications skills, written and verbal required.
- A desire to further your career in a growing organization.
- English written and spoken
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

This role has been designated as ‘Edge’, which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office
