Campinas, Brasil Goodwork Tempo inteiro

Overview

Goodwork is recruiting for a fast-moving North American full-service creative agency serving startups, scaleups, and enterprise clients.

What makes this opportunity interesting?
  • Co-Founder’s strategic right-hand person, building systems that unlock leadership productivity while creating more efficient, happier creative teams
  • Work with industry leaders and fast-growing tech scaleups across North America
  • Lead projects and workflows using Zapier, Make.com, n8n, and AI tools alongside teammates from top companies
About the Company

We are the (un)agency for fast-moving teams that builds and grows brands. Our mission is long-term journeys with good people where there is mutual growth. We partner with fast-growing client teams and bring in curated expertise to rewrite traditional agency models—finding efficient, happy ways to do excellent work together.

We build world-class campaigns and digital products for innovative startups and multinational brands. Working at the intersection of strategy and creative, we handle branding, websites, landing pages, and campaigns as an on-demand fractional marketing team.

Our customers are mature, fast-growing tech scaleups (Series B+) with strong teams needing creative excellence. We serve larger enterprise customers and major web3 players, and have developed clusters in AI, energy tech, and health tech. Our portfolio includes TELUS Health, Validere, Transect, and Raising the Village across strategy, branding, advertising, design, and development.

We have replaced traditional agency trade-offs of cost, speed, and quality by delivering all three simultaneously. We’ve helped achieve 100x growth for multiple businesses, with clients averaging 5+ years with us (some 15+). We’ve never been fired, maintain a high NPS, and have grown entirely through word-of-mouth.

Our Company Values
  • Efficiency: Find the quickest path, build in the open, move fast and iterate, use data over opinions, adopt the latest AI and technology
  • Happiness: Lead with kindness, default to trust, support growth, provide flexibility and freedom
  • Mastery: Try many, keep few, trust experts, evolve together

We are a remote-first organization based in New York City with 50+ teammates, including 25 core members and 25 flexible contractors. Our team spans globally, and we bring in specialized talent for trials and specific projects, offering the autonomy of freelancing with the stability of full-time work.

This isn’t your typical workplace. We combine startup speed with the precision of true craft, automate everything possible, solve root causes, and grow through radical transparency. Our Pulse NPS is 4.75/5 with clients and team. We value product and craft, but people matter more.

About the Role

We’re seeking a remote Agency Operations Lead and the Founder’s right-hand person who makes our creative teams more efficient and happier. You’ll build workflows, automate processes, and solve operational problems so our Co-Founder and Project Managers can focus on high-impact work. A creative design sensibility and understanding of agency workflows are important.

You’ll spot bottlenecks, propose fixes, build systems, track what works, and tackle problems that slow us down. You’ll serve as the Co-Founder’s dependable right-hand, creating systems that increase productivity and foster a culture of efficiency.

We move fast with flexible processes. You won’t deal with clients extensively, but you need experience at top-tier companies that know how to scale. You’ll solve technical and people problems and help teams work better together. We’re looking for a rock star who can unblock leadership.

Ideal Candidate

3-5+ years in Creative Operations, Product Management, or Business Analysis roles with automation experience. You know workflow tools and business systems, plus you understand business context and strategy. What matters most is your ability to take ownership, execute without constant direction, ask the right questions for clarity, and make things happen. You should thrive in environments where priorities shift and structure is loose.

Performance will be measured by team feedback, speed of progress on key opportunities, independent execution, and teammate NPS – how much colleagues want to work with you.

You’ll be part of our Agency team and collaborate with Developers to build integrations and automations using no-code or low-code tools, and work with Project Managers and the broader Creative team. This position reports to the Co-Founder/Partner.

Responsibilities
  • Process Automation & Optimization: Interface with Project Managers to identify pain points, automate workflows for Designers, and architect systems where data is entered once and shared across Slack and Notion; collaborate with Developers on no-code/low-code integrations or build them when needed
  • Systems & Strategic Problem-Solving: Create scalable systems, tackle operational problems, maintain a learning/effectiveness log, act as the Co-Founder’s right-hand for strategic problem-solving
  • Financial Operations & Reporting: Handle end-of-month accounting and contractor reconciliation; optimize time tracking and billing; prepare client monthly sheets; extract profitability insights
  • Project Management Support: Manage granular tracking requests for enterprise clients; support Project Managers; coordinate special projects and internal tools development
  • Innovation & Special Projects: Support internal tool development and initiatives; help source new hires; research and implement time-saving tech solutions
  • Executive Support & Events: Organize expert roundtables for C-level executives; coordinate logistics; support founders as conversation facilitators; assist with work-related and occasional personal tasks
Skills & Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years in roles such as Creative Operations Manager, Studio Operations Manager, Product Manager, Business Analyst, Systems & Operations, or Workflow Automation Expert
  • Clear communication, expectation setting, and end-to-end project management
  • Experience with workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make.com, n8n, or similar) and AI
  • Proficiency with Notion, Slack, Toggle, Airtable, and other PM tools
  • Bias for action: move fast, achieve small wins, iterate
  • Systems architecture and data analysis concepts
  • Ownership mentality and ability to run projects independently
  • Pragmatic, practical problem-solver with a mature understanding of business KPIs and workflows
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and work without rigid structure
Bonus
  • Experience at creative agencies, startups, or product shops with tier-one brands
  • Development or technical background
  • Advanced data and BI skills
  • Portfolio showing automation projects or high-impact work
  • Advanced AI skills including prompt engineering
  • Entrepreneurial experience with measurable impact
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Airtable, Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp, Toggle, Zapier, AI tools, HubSpot, Loom
  • Working Hours: Minimum 4 hours overlap between 8am-12pm ET; remaining hours are asynchronous
  • Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours/week), Exclusivity Preferred; part-time may be considered for exceptional applicants
  • Education: No specific requirements
  • Level: Intermediate (3-5 years of relevant experience)
  • Compensation: ~USD 2,116 – 2,301 per month, based on experience. Structured as a Consultant Agreement (independent contractor)
Benefits
  • Work with a forward-thinking international company
  • Remote work from home
  • Talented teammates and growth opportunities
  • All-expenses-paid international company retreats
  • Access to top brands and mentors
  • Modern tooling and AI tools
  • High autonomy
