**Customer Service Assistant**
**O Desafio**
The Customer Service Assistant is the owner of the customer service and logistics part of the order fulfillment process, in order to realize timely and correct product delivery.
**A Posição**
- Process Intercompany, Direct and Local Sales Orders;
- Check material availability;
- Inform delivery date to customer;
- Creates CoA and any special customer requests, like labels;
- Handle customer enquiries, including questionnaires, complaints and/or samples management;
- Monitor any possible block in the system and pro-actively inform the owners in order to solve the situation;
- Keep relevant stakeholders informed about the status and changes in the order and potential risks in delivery; suggests alternatives when required.
**Perfil ideal**
- Obrigatório ter formação em curso superior, sem restrições de área;
- Necessário ter inglês avançado ou fluente (imprescindível saber se comunicar no idioma);
- Necessário ter espanhol avançado ou fluente (imprescindível saber se comunicar no idioma);
- Necessário ter experiência com SAP, sem restrições de módulo;
- Necessário ter experiência com atendimento ao cliente;
- Desejável ter conhecimento e experiência com comércio do exterior;
- Muito importante saber trabalhar em um ambiente multicultural e multilíngue;
