About the Role:
We are looking for a Director, Growth Product Management to join our team. The primary responsibility of this position will be devising and ensuring execution of initiatives that drive top line company growth via improvements in the user experience in our website.
What You'll Do:
- Facilitate effective remote workshops to set and align goals between teams and stakeholders.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative product discovery.
- Continuous prioritization of initiatives based on the expected ROI.
- Analyze our inbound funnel to identify problems and opportunities.
- Lead a cross-functional team to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
Here's what we are looking for:
- Significant experience improving revenue generation for web-based acquisition funnels.
- The ability to marshall and lead a cross functional team so that everyone is aligned on the common goal, as well as their individual responsibilities.
- An aptitude for managing a wide array of stakeholders to set and align ambitious goals that are specific, measurable, and actionable.
- The ability to conduct effective remote workshops both with peers and senior leadership.
- A first-rate communicator in general, both written and verbal. We're a remote company and communicate asynchronously a lot.
- Past experience with web analytics tools (ie Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
- Past experience in conducting qualitative user research on problem discovery, as well as specific user testing on proposed solutions.
- Good judgment for knowing when 90% done is good enough vs when you need perfection.
- Solid experience in running web experiments (ie AB tests) and different platforms (eg Optimizely).
- Prior experience in recruiting and managing a team.
- The ability and willingness to convince, negotiate, persuade, sell, challenge, and inspire.
- Foundational knowledge of SQL (Desirable).
- Basic understanding of statistics (Desirable).
- Previous experience of remote collaboration tools (ie Miro/Mural) (Desirable).
- Familiarity with various marketing analytics tools and platforms (Desirable).
- Have worked with CMS products / platforms (Desirable).
- A knowledge 'spike' in a particular marketing channel (ie SEO, PPC) (Desirable).
- Have worked for a remote company (this is a fully remote role) (Desirable).
- Having held product/marketing roles in B2B, especially B2B lead-generation, businesses (Desirable).
- Advanced English level.
