Job Title: Technical Support Director
As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and technical excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the skills development, performance management, and operational control of your team.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer escalations and ensure timely responses to cases.
- Oversee the contribution to the support knowledge base and drive continuous improvement of team processes.
- Develop and train support team members to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive growth and transformation initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in CLI with Linux at a technical level.
- Leadership experience with preferably team management experience.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Experience or knowledge of Linux Desktop, OpenStack, Public Cloud, or Virtualization technologies.
- Contributions to Open Source projects.
- Software development experience.
- Support organization experience.
- Hands-on experience with Canonical's products.
