Job Title: Technical Support Director

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and technical excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the skills development, performance management, and operational control of your team.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer escalations and ensure timely responses to cases.
  • Oversee the contribution to the support knowledge base and drive continuous improvement of team processes.
  • Develop and train support team members to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive growth and transformation initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in CLI with Linux at a technical level.
  • Leadership experience with preferably team management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Experience or knowledge of Linux Desktop, OpenStack, Public Cloud, or Virtualization technologies.
  • Contributions to Open Source projects.
  • Software development experience.
  • Support organization experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Canonical's products.
