Description
We are seeking a skilled technical support specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Linux and open source technologies, as well as excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
The technical support specialist will be responsible for delivering outstanding technical support experiences to customers leveraging Ubuntu and open source products. This includes owning and managing cases from problem qualification to full resolution.
