Job Description

We are looking for a highly professional and motivated person, with a desire to work and develop in the Tech domain in the role of Talent Acquisition Assessment Specialist.
The purpose of a role:
Ensure efficient and smooth assessments of candidates in a talent acquisition process.

Responsibilities:

  • Development of core competence model.
  • Monitoring and being accountable for all collection of assessment evidence.
  • Making assessment decisions together with the management, who may gather some or all the relevant evidence.
  • Running staff training programs in specialized fields, equipping employees with the knowledge and confidence to be productive members of the workforce.
  • Delivering and assessing relevant candidate diagnostics methods.
  • Implementing assessment strategies and methods.
  • Maintain Assessment Platform system as an administrator.
  • Perform and carry out other duties as may be reasonably required given the purpose of the role.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor or higher degree (sociology, phycology, marketing or other relevant degree).
  • Solid previous experience in Employee Assessment area.
  • Certification in personnel Assessment would be a plus (HOGAN Assessment, SHL OPQ 32, THOMAS PPA (DISC), EQ).
  • English level upper or higher.
  • Attentiveness to details and high intellectual capacity
