This entry-level role focuses on supporting the preparation of commercial offers, bids, and sales activities for FACTS technologies such as STATCOM, SVC, and Series Compensation systems.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Broaden knowledge of sales territory, product lines, markets, and customer groups to execute policy/strategy.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, bids, and tender documentation for FACTS projects. Collaborate with technical teams to align offers with customer requirements and project specifications. Ensure compliance with internal processes, commercial guidelines, and risk management policies.
  • Support market research, competitor analysis, and pipeline tracking to identify sales opportunities.
  • Understand key business drivers and how to accomplish work effectively. Recognize how team activities contribute to overall goals.
  • Make decisions within a defined framework, resolving issues that require commercial knowledge and judgment. Consult more senior team members for complex issues.
  • Develop strong customer relationships and serve as the interface between customer and GE. Communicate technical information clearly.
Required Qualifications
  • Basic experience in Sales & Client Management Support.
  • Understanding of power transmission systems and FACTS technologies.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
  • Education equivalent to a Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with relevant experience.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
