People & Organization Partner, Latin America (HRBP) – Remote Hybrid – Full Time Novonesis is looking for a strategic People & Organization (P&O) partner to drive talent and organizational excellence across LATAM. People & Organization Partner, Latin America (HRBP) Following the merger of two leading bioscience companies, the LATAM P&O team plays a pivotal role in shaping and implementing people strategy. We deliver advisory services across P&O topics, aligning our approach with the unique needs of the business and ensuring seamless integration of global P&O practices into day‑to‑day operations. This role is an exciting opportunity to serve as a trusted partner to leaders, align P&O initiatives with business priorities, and foster relationships with key stakeholders. In This Role You’ll Make An Impact Represent People & Organization (P&O) by challenging assumptions, providing guidance, and coaching on P&O‑related matters, including core people processes and ensuring the successful application of global people concepts. Partner with business leaders to identify talent gaps and develop strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent in alignment with business needs, collaborating closely with Regional Talent Acquisition Partners. Support leaders in developing their organization and leadership teams (facilitating sessions with selected leadership teams and guiding Learning, Leadership and Culture Partners) and facilitate a solid talent pipeline process to nurture successor candidates. Support leaders with organizational design, implementation plan and change facilitation. Lead P&O initiatives related to organizational change and cultural transformation. Deliver clear and concise communication and guidance to ensure efficient and aligned approaches across Novonesis. Qualifications Graduation in HR, psychology, Business Administration or related areas. Great communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese. Proven experience in a Human Resources Business Partner or similar role, with a track record of delivering strategic HR support. Strong ability to build trust and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders across various levels of the organization. A global perspective with the ability to navigate cultural differences and adapt to changing business needs. Analytical skills leveraging P&O data, metrics, and insights to make informed decisions. Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Passion for fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
