contribute to the success of Novonesis on a regional scale.**In This Role You'll Make An Impact By*** Acting as a strategic business partner and serving as the first point of contact for selected leaders, participating as a member of their leadership teams meetings.* Representing People & Organization (P&O) by challenging assumptions, providing guidance, and coaching on P&O-related matters, including core people processes and ensuring the successful application of global people concepts.* Partnering with business leaders to identify talent gaps and develop strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent in alignment with business needs, collaborating closely with Regional Talent Acquisition Partners.* Support leaders in developing their organization and leadership teams (facilitating sessions with selected leadership teams and otherwise guide to Learning, Leadership and Culture Partner)* Facilitate a solid talent pipeline process to nurture successor candidates.* Support leaders with organizational design, implementation plan and change facilitation.* Lead P&O initiatives related to organizational change and cultural transformation.* Delivering clear and concise communication and guidance to ensure efficient and aligned approaches across Novonesis.**To succeed you must hold:*** Graduation in HR, psychology, Business administration or related areas* Great communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese.* Proven experience in a Human Resources Business Partner or similar role, with a track record of delivering strategic HR support.* Strong ability to build trust and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders across various levels of the organization.* A global perspective with the ability to navigate cultural differences and adapt to changing business needs.* Analytical skills leveraging P&O data, metrics, and insights to make informed decisions* Excellent problem-solving,
